What makes Bird Haven products different?

Will birds actually use these feeders or houses?

Yes! Our products are field-tested and designed with native North American birds in mind. From the shape and size of the openings to the depth of the seed trays, every detail is built to attract birds and keep them coming back.

Is the material safe for birds and the environment?

Absolutely. We use recycled Polywood, which is non-toxic, weather-resistant, and eco-friendly. It’s a sustainable choice that’s better for the planet—and the birds in your backyard.

I’m new to birding—are your products beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Whether you’re a seasoned birder or just getting started, our products are easy to install, clean, and enjoy. We’re here to help you create a peaceful, bird-friendly space right outside your window.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes! Bird Haven products make wonderful gifts. Many of our items can be shipped directly to the recipient. Gift Cards also make great gifts!

What if I don’t love it?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Try it for at least 10 days—if you're not satisfied, just contact us and we’ll help you with a return or exchange. We stand by our products because we’ve poured our hearts into them.

How do I mount my Bluebird house?

Your bluebird house should be mounted 4 to 5 feet above the ground in a grassy open area. Depending on which Bluebird house you purchase we recommend that you purchase a 1/2 or 3/4 inch electrical conduit from your local home improvement or hardware store.

How do I correct mistake on my order?

Mistakes happen! You won’t be able to make any changes to your order after it has been submitted, but we’ll be happy to help you if we are able to catch it before your order ships. Please submit the contact form below or call us at 574-971-2473

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info once it’s on its way.

How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent to your email when your order has been shipped. To track your order click the link in the email or copy & paste the tracking number into our tracking page, https://birdhaven.com/pages/track
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please send us an email using the form below and we will be happy to send you the information.

Where do you ship from?

Our product are shipped from the United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

Right now, we ship across the U.S. and select international locations. If you're outside the U.S. or Canada, reach out to support@birdhaven.com to see if we can ship to your area.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack everything with care, but if something gets damaged in transit, just email us a photo within 72 hours and we’ll take care of it—either with a replacement or refund.

What should I do if my delivered order is missing?

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Look around your property, including porches, side doors, garages, and with neighbors who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
  2. Double-check the tracking number and delivery confirmation to ensure it was marked delivered to the correct address.
  3. Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they actually arrive. Please allow 24 hours.
  4. If you still can’t locate your order, reach out to our Bird Haven support team at support@birdhaven.com or use our contact form below. We’ll investigate and work with you to make things right.
