At Bird Haven, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $75 - after discounts in the United States! Every package we send is packed with care—just like the birdhouses and feeders we make—and we’re committed to getting your order to you as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order after it's placed. An order is considered "dispatched" once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you.
During busy seasons and holidays, processing may take a little longer—up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times refer to the time it takes for your package to travel after it’s been dispatched. This varies depending on your location:
United States: 3-5 business days
Canada: 4-10 business days
Australia: 8-20 business days
New Zealand: 8-20 business days

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

If we detect a potential issue with your address, our team will reach out via e-mail within 2 business days to confirm. If we don’t hear back within that time, we may need to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery
We know you’re excited to receive your Bird Haven order, and we work hard to ship it quickly. Still, delays can sometimes happen due to factors beyond our control—such as:

Once your package is with the courier, we can’t control what happens during transit—but we’re still here to help.

While Bird Haven does not provide refunds for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In some cases, a police report may be needed to proceed with claims.
