Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and include all parts, hardware, and packaging when possible.
For returns due to changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order received free shipping, Bird Haven still paid the carrier to ship it, and actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund in some cases.
Custom, made-to-order, used, installed, or weathered items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This is fantastic! Heavy duty, well made and extremely stable once the base is driven into the ground. We didn't realize the added bonus of the multiple options of where to hang the feeders and to move them when feeders are rotated depending upon the season, how nice the black looks in the yard even with nothing on it and how much the birds would perch on the limbs - extremely attractive.
This is heavy and expensive but such a nice departure from the much more common cheap and flimsy junk available at big box stores etc. I can not overstate how much we appreciate the quality of this multi-feeder tree. We are going to buy another one.
My question to the seller was answered promptly and the transaction went smoothly. The tree arrived and we put it up easily. I can’t wait for the birds to arrive.
