Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and include all parts, hardware, and packaging when possible.
For returns due to changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order received free shipping, Bird Haven still paid the carrier to ship it, and actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund in some cases.
Custom, made-to-order, used, installed, or weathered items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The perch is not enough distance from the birdseed. Only the small birds were using it. The bigger birds, including Cardinals, were just circling and not landing. I added an extra bamboo perch to give it better distance. Now they use it. A little more gap under the glass is needed for the sunflower seeds to flow out.
I love my new Bird Haven bird feeder! I bought the Deluxe Dual Suet and Seed Hopper, it is very well made, sturdy and easy to open for feed and for the suet.. it attracts a variety of backyard birds as well as woodpeckers!

I've ordered two of these feeders. They are beautifully built with material that will last for many years. The hinged top makes it extremely easy to fill with food. They hold much more than most feeders. The screen bottom allows moisture to run through, keeping the food to hold up longer in rainy periods. The hanger cable is heavy and well designed. I am very happy with the overall quality and design.

I was looking for a new feeder similar to my cedar chalet that I had for many years. I found this site and was happy to find this feeder. I wanted something that would last and have minimal maintenance and this one is perfect. I was really impressed that it arrived the day after ordering! The quality of this feeder is absolutely outstanding! I can tell it will last for years and give us and our cats hours of enjoyment each day. I opted for the post mount as we are in a windy location. They sent the modified version along with the mounting screws. I am already looking to buy another in the spring and possibly a few houses as well.

This bird feeder is working out well. I appreciate that the roof overhangs the feeding tray and set cages to help keep things dry. The woodpeckers enjoy the suet while the song birds enjoy the seed. The squirrels are being a bit greedy, though. That's something I have to work on.
