Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and include all parts, hardware, and packaging when possible.
For returns due to changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order received free shipping, Bird Haven still paid the carrier to ship it, and actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund in some cases.
Custom, made-to-order, used, installed, or weathered items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

I’m sorry to hear the starlings eventually figured out how to access it. They can be incredibly persistent birds and sometimes manage to work their way into feeders designed to discourage them.

Overallmits a nice feeder that keeps out pesky squirrels. Haven't seen any bluebirds using it though.

Bluebirds can sometimes take a while to start using a new feeder style, especially hopper feeders. Hopefully once they get comfortable with it, you’ll start seeing them stop by more often.

I have this feeder, and it's wonderful. But the starlings, I can't keep them away from it. Do you think adding a cage to the sides? Would keep them out
Love it and so does the birds
Love this feeder, my only suggestion would be to make hole in wire for hanging a little bigger as it barely fits over my shepherd's hook. I'm in Kentucky and am happy to buy goods made in neighboring Indiana, especially when such good quality as Bird Haven feeders.
Very well constructed feeder. The birds love it. There has been a lot of wind and the bird seed stays in the feeder unlike my other ones.

Beautifully made and easy to fill. Squirrels are thwarted! Yes!!! The birds are eating the seeds and I am enjoying watching them.
My main reason for buying these feeders was our weather and moisture ruining the seeds, causing mold and unhealthy for the birds.
