We want you to feel confident ordering from Bird Haven. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and include all parts, hardware, and packaging when possible.
For returns due to changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order received free shipping, Bird Haven still paid the carrier to ship it, and actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund in some cases.
Custom, made-to-order, used, installed, or weathered items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

I live in Indiana, and didn’t ask for expedited shipping, but it arrived the very next day! My fat squirrels broke their last one, but will have a difficult time even scratching this new feeder. The design is excellent, and the colors are rich and vibrant. It’s very secure at the top with a hook and eye closure. Nice large size to also accommodate several winter song birds at once. I can’t say enough about the fine workmanship. Excellent product and worth the money considering we will have many seasons of use from this feeder. If you want a nice feeder, splurge on this one. It’s a true 5 star product and I don’t even usually review my purchases. That says a lot.
