Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and include all parts, hardware, and packaging when possible.
For returns due to changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order received free shipping, Bird Haven still paid the carrier to ship it, and actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund in some cases.
Custom, made-to-order, used, installed, or weathered items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The birds love the feeder and so do I! They perch longer at this feeder than some plastic models I’ve had, and this feeder supports my larger Band-tailed Pigeon visitors with ease. It seems to keep the window clearer too which is great for pictures. I may need a second one to go next to the first so they can all fit at once without fighting! (There’s plenty of room on one unit, they just choose not to share.)
Last but not least, I made an error when I ordered and emailed right away, and they gracefully fixed the address.
This bird feeder is handmade with quality craftsmanship. This didn’t come off of an assembly line. I just finished cleaning my windows and attaching the suction cup feeder to my window. I’m really excited to see birds outside my window!
